My name is Dutch Hancock & I am the Owner / President of Hancock Fence and Fabrication. 

I have been designing & building residential & commercial fences of all shapes and sizes for over 12 years. I am the former co-owner of Amstar Fence.

I have designed and managed the installations of approximately 2,600 commercial & residential fences throughout the Metroplex.

Starting in January 2005 I decided leave Amstar to pursue a more local, hands-on, personal relationship with my customers.

I will focus primarily on my hometown of Allen Texas and our surrounding communities.

My main objective is simple. I want to build  the best, strongest, longest lasting fences and gates available.

I know which materials, fasteners and construction methods are wrong for our area & climate. Many wrong choices are sold locally in our home centers. I want to provide you with the honest, real-time information that will lead to 100% satisfaction through the life of the fence, not just the first year or two.

Through many years of design experiments and changes I have developed the ultimate gate system. Finally, a gate that is supported by a steel frame with adjustable steel hinges that mount directly to the steel posts and not the wood. This system is structurally superior to ANY gate system ever available past or present. I have solved the gate problems that have plagued all fence owners for the past 30 years.
