We had an automatic slide gate installed by Hancock. Dutch and his crew were professional, well-skilled and efficient. They did great work and we could not be happier with the slide gate and how it transformed our backyard.Even more outstanding than their workmanship is the unbelievable customer service that Dutch provides. With a new slide gate, which we’ve never had previously, we had several operational questions after installation. Anytime and every time we had any questions, Dutch has always been very helpful and quick to respond. These guys are the real deal and if you’re looking for a great fence company look no further than Hancock Fence.Additional feedback to my initial post: The post-installation customer service is remarkable and sadly absent from most companies these days but not with Hancock Fence. Dutch stands behind every installation. He does what he says, period. He is a local owned family business that you can trust. He takes exceptional care of his customers even after the initial install. This is a company you can trust.

I am a stubborn DIY guy, but decided to have my jimmy rigged old fence professionally replaced. It was a bit more of a project than what my back might survive. Tyler worked with me to figure out the desired layout, I went with an 8ft board on board. There was no pressure or anything though, they work with you to design what you want. His team spent 4 days replacing my 240 feet of crooked mess and the results were amazing! I honestly could not have built the same quality fence, I just didn't know as much as the pros. All the fasteners, clamps, posts and gate frames are top notch quality. Also they used American steel and products! It's definitely the best fence in the neighborhood, probably the City!

If I could give more stars I would. This company is awesome!! They were quick to return my online request for a quote, then came out right away after I was quoted a very reasonable price for a new 8ft fence. Got done in only two days! All the guys were very professional! I love my new fence and I highly recommend Hancock Fences!!

Just like so many others have already commented on, Hancock Fence over delivered on our expectations! Very rare these days to have a company do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. A+++ is my rating for them and to actually have the owner stop by to check on the progress and answer any questions is amazing. We too had many other bids but our research led us to choose Hancock Fence because of their ingenuity when it comes to fence building.Well done Dutch! I have already told my neighbors who have complemented our new fence and driveway gate!+++Update: Just got my beautiful fence stained by Ultimate Wood Care. What can I say. It's a Hancock Fence and I have had so many compliments on it from neighbors. I searched, interviewed, got proposals, and mulled over fence companies, dip or not to dip, for months trying to find one that I wanted to invest my money. The gate was a big selling point for me being that I had so many problems with mine. These are steel framed gates with lifetime warranty. Hands down the experience, the crew, the material, everything is top notch with Hancock Fence. Even the staining company Dutch uses and recommends was top notch. I've already had a repair done, not due to material or workmanship, my landscaper hit the fence with a tiller and cracked a picket. Hancock came out and repaired the picket and even stained it. I can't even tell where the repair was performed now that the stain has dried. Last but not least, everything is documented and given ahead of what to expect and if anything happens during the install Dutch and his team fixes it at no additional cost (i.e. sprinkler line.) There crew fixes it right there on the spot. Dutch comes by every day and checks on the progress and takes time to speak with you about any concerns or questions before proceeding. I will definitely use Hancock Fence again and always.Thank you Dutch and Cheryl
